The Hanson Family

I have known the Hanson Family for 5 years now.  They are an absolutely wonderful family.  I first met when we were neighbors and they and myself were the only two houses on a cul-de-sac filled with children.  Since then, they have been blessed with twins. Cole and Ava are awesome and adorable together!  They each have there own unique personality that is coupled with a strong bond with one another.  Cole is independent, handsome, humerous and courageous.  Ava is gentle, a little shy (maybe just of the camera), and just plain cute!

Diving a little into my history, my first unofficial photo session was with the Hanson's and that was almost two years ago.  I had just picked up my new Canon DSLR approximately a week earlier and I was excited to use it with anyone that would let me.  The Hanson's obliged and so my first photo session was of Cole and Ava turning one.  I remember I was so nervous because, well to be completely honest, I had no idea what I was doing.  Sorry Mike and Tina if you were expecting something different from me :).  I recently went back and revisited those pictures and there were some good ones but I was a novice to say the least.  What is great and exciting for me today is to see how as family they have grown in two years and I guess how I have grown professionally in two years.

Mike, Tina, Cole and Ava - thanks for a great photo session.  You are a beautiful family that I am blessed to know.  Okay, so on to the photos...
